Renaissance Asheville Downtown Hotel

The Renaissance Hotel:
SDAFS meeting attendees will receive 50% off daily and overnight parking fees. Renaissance Hotel guests will have the discounted parking applied to their final bill at check out and can use their room key for unlimited in/out usage of the parking lot. Daily guests will need to pick up a discount sticker each day at registration to put on their parking ticket. Each sticker will be good for one in/out use, so you may need to pick up additional stickers if you plan to go in/out more than once in a day. The important thing to remember is that you will need a new sticker each day or for each in/out use.
Parking fees should be as follows:
Overnight = $12.50; 0 – 2 hours = $2.50; 2 – 5 hours = $5.00; 5 – 16 hours = $7.50

- For those who have not visited Asheville before, Asheville can be broken down into four districts (Downtown, River Arts District, Biltmore Village, and West Asheville). Visit Explore Asheville’s Places to Go to find things to do by district. Anything that is Downtown should be walkable from the Renaissance Hotel.
- Many places in the surrounding Asheville area were heavily impacted by the hurricane, primarily the River Arts District. Please avoid this area.
- To help with trip planning, Explore Asheville has created a resource for visitors to search for what’s open by location and activity category.
Welcome Social
The welcome social will be held on Feb. 18 from 6 pm to 10 pm at Highland Brewing Company. Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm. Attendees must present their name badge to redeem drink tickets!
Transportation will be provided by Gray Line Trolley. The first trolley will begin loading at 5:30 pm and will leave the Renaissance Hotel at 5:45 pm from the front lobby. The last trolley will depart Highlands Brewing Company at 10:30 pm. Trolleys will cycle between the hotel and the social as needed.
